This intriguing and mysterious world is depicted on an incredibly large poster.
This astonishing poster measures 103 cm x 145.6 cm!
It’s almost like a giant picture book.
You might be surprised when you unfold it indoors.
This product is full of fun features, including stories, quizzes and explanations of items, all set within the cityscape and underground spaces of the metropolis of Tokyo, as depicted on this giant illustrated poster.
＊The B0-size map is folded down to B4 size and kept in its own box.
＊The text in the book is written entirely in Japanese.

The following four items will be packed and dispatched in a dedicated box measuring 387 mm in length, 270 mm in width and 40 mm in height.
・A BO-sized (103 cm × 145.6 cm) illustration showing a cross-section of the Tokyo cityscape.
Poster (one piece).
・This is an A4-sized booklet containing 28 pages of fun illustrations, quizzes and urban items.
・Special Edition: “More Ways to Enjoy Maps! A Guide” (8 pages total).
・Three illustrated cards for use in quizzes, plus a small envelope for holding them.
・JPY 6,700 (tax included)

Story
Though they are ever-present in our towns and cities, many things remain unseen, overlooked or simply ignored.
Indeed, some are buried deep underground and rarely glimpsed in their entirety.
Such things abound all around us.
But what if we shifted our perspective just a little and made the invisible visible by depicting it in unbelievably large illustrations?
An astonishing world would surely emerge!’
It was this very thought that sparked the product development process in 2018.
This project, which was launched to coincide with the Tokyo Olympics, experienced many challenges before it was completed.
Furthermore, the sudden onset of a global pandemic meant that there were days when interviews and location shoots were impossible.
With no clear end in sight, the project nearly stalled on numerous occasions.
Nevertheless, we are now able to release it thanks to the tremendous support of so many people.
We sincerely hope that this Tokyo Cut Map & Book will reach many children and adults.
